She serves as a vital curatorial voice and programmer for top-tier global institutions, including the Berlin International Film Festival and the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).
Shedde’s immense expertise has guided juries at over 20 prestigious international film festivals, including Cannes, Venice, and the Asia Pacific Screen Awards in Australia. A respected journalist, author, and global script mentor, she is deeply celebrated for her sharp cinematic insights and tireless dedication to elevating diverse, independent, and gender-inclusive voices in cinema.
