Sanket is an independent filmmaker whose work explores the complexities of human life through emotionally resonant and psychologically nuanced storytelling. With a postgraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur), he brings a distinctive analytical perspective to filmmaking while remaining deeply committed to stories of overlooked individuals and their unseen struggles. Under his in-house independent banner, The 90s Originals, he continues to develop and produce work that centers on marginalized voices and the quiet complexities of everyday life. Having directed several short films, Between Cradles marks his first professional-scale production, created with a fully professional cast and crew. The film reflects his commitment to intimate, character-driven narratives grounded in emotional authenticity and social reality.
