When Anshika brings home an AI clone of her dying mother, she hopes it will help her feel less alone. But the clone is too perfect, it adapts all her mother's words, habits and even breathing pattern, but it isn't really her. As her mother passes away, Anshika must make an impossible choice: buy the clone to keep her mother alive in some form, or let her go and face her grief alone.

Srishti is a filmmaker and a final-year student of Direction & Screenplay Writing at SRFTI. Growing up around the silent struggles women face in Indian households, she has gravitated toward narratives of resilience, everyday resistance, and lived experience. Her documentary Jhaal, which follows Sneha's educational journey as a person from an oppressed caste, won the Special Jury Prize at IDFSSK. Her short film Echoes, set in a dystopian future, was selected for the Oscar-Qualifying Tasveer Film Festival. She was also a participant at Creative Minds of Tomorrow. Her latest fiction project explores the burdens of motherhood.
