When Dr Amit Singh’s son returns from America to put him in a nursing home, Amit decides instead he must return to his childhood home to confront the past that has haunted him. Matters are complicated by his increasing dementia and the thousand mile distance, but an unlikely friendship with a Muslim rickshaw driver will transcend religion and help heal old wounds.
