Dance Competition
A. Dance Competition applications are now open and will close on 30th July 2022. Visit our Dance Competition page for more information.
A. Three minutes maximum.
A. Every performance is strictly capped to three minutes. We will stop playing the music after the three-minute mark.
A. No, we require that everyone applying for the Under 12 category to adhere to age requirements. This is to ensure that the competition is fair for everyone.
A. The age requirements depend on what category your performers fall under. Here are the categories:
Kids (Ages 12 and under)
Teens (12-19 years)
Adults (20 years and above)
A. We will get in touch with you a week prior to the dance competition date to advise you of your performance timeslot.
A. No. We would have put a lot of effort into programming a seamless list of songs. Therefore, no changes to the timeslot would be made.
A. There will be a tent set up to store your costumes and/or props. Please note that IFFM is not responsible for the safety of your belongings, so always keep an eye out on your things.
A. We require our participants to send us a Google Drive link at most a week in advance. Please make sure all access is permitted on the link.
A. We require our participants to arrive at Federation Square at 9AM sharp. Even if the timeslot given to you is later in the day, we would like you to arrive before the competition starts.
