Megha Burman

Megha Burman is a versatile Indian actress. She has worked as a lead in Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, English and Hindi feature films apart from acting jobs across a multitude of projects and advertisements in print, television and theatre.

She made her Hindi film debut with Panga (2020) directed by Ashwini Iyer Tiwari. Burman trained for her role as a Kabaddi player in Panga for 10 months. She was featured as one of top 20 female performers of 2020 by a leading publication.

Her next feature film is 'Kennedy', directed by Anurag Kashyap which premiered this year at Festival de Cannes. Megha plays the role of Anuradha, the wife of the main protagonist.

Along with the director and other cast members, Megha will be in attendance at the screening of Kennedy, which is being showcased at the closing night of IFFM.

IFFM 2023 is thrilled to have Megha Burman at ANZ Plus IFFM Awards Night 2023 on Friday, 11 August, at 7 PM, Hamer Hall.

She will also be at HOYTS District Docklands on Sunday, 20 August, at 7 PM for the special screening of Kennedy as part of IFFM Closing Night.
