Submitting your film to IFFM
| HOW DO I SUBMIT A FILM TO IFFM? |
- Features must reach IFFM by February 10, 2014 to be eligible for consideration
- Feature films are only considered if their running times are longer than 60 minutes.
- Send your film on one DVD (with no other content) with your name and the film's title clearly visible on the DVD label.
- Please add :

Language
Year of Production
on the DVD

| WHAT FORMAT DO I SUBMIT MY FILM IN? |
Films must be available in one of the following formats for screening purposes at IFFM or will NOT be considered:
- DCP (DCI compliant)
- Bluray
Please note:
- Films must have been completed after January 2013.
- We can only accept films that have NOT been broadcast on TV in Australia before May 2014.
- All films must have English subtitles to be considered.

| WHAT DOES IT COST TO SUBMIT MY FILM? |
| IFFM does NOT charge a submission fee. However, all freight and custom charges are the responsibility of the filmmakers / producers. IFFM only pays these costs if the film has already been invited to participate. |
| HOW DO YOU SELECT FILMS FOR IFFM? |
IFFM will contact filmmakers to take part via email by February 28, 2014. IFFM programmers do not offer critical feedback to filmmakers about their films and their decision is final.

| WHAT IF MY FILM IS NOT FINISHED YET? |
| IFFM can only consider films that have completed their edit. If the only changes yet to happen involve post-production, such as the sound mix or colour grade, your film can still be submitted. Unfinished films must reach IFFM by February 10 , 2014. If you have any questions regarding your unfinished film, please email at info@iffm.com.au |
| IS MY FILM INSURED? |
IFFM only insures films (prints and tapes) invited to be screened at the festival. This insurance covers the film during its journey to and from the festival and during its time in Australia.
