Welcome to the 2020 Indian Film Festival of Melbourne.

Now in its eleventh year, the Festival has grown into the southern hemisphere's largest annual celebration of Indian cinema - showcasing stories and talent from across the world.

As home to our nation's largest Indian population, it's no surprise that Victoria is host to this significant event. Here in our modern, multicultural state, we have been made infinitely stronger by the contribution of our Indian communities.

While the Festival must take a different format this year, I know it will continue to bring enjoyment and experience in sharing Indian culture, creativity and community.

Our Government is honoured to continue its support for the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne and I hope you enjoy this year's outstanding program.
