Vedd Rawtaani, born February 13th, began making films at the early age of fifteen when the legendary Bollywood actor/writer Kader Khan took him under his wing. Subsequently, Vedd graduated with a major in film direction from one of India's most prestigious film schools, Whistling Woods International.
His short films, Surprise and 2 Square crossed 43 million and 65 million views, respectively, on Facebook.
He edited the promo of acclaimed director, Zoya Akhtar's blockbuster film Gully Boy.
With more than 100 ad films to his credit, he has worked with Bollywood greats such as Anil Kapoor, Disha Patani, and Ameesha Patel.
In 2022, his ad film for the Teachmint app earned him the Dada Saheb Phalke Award for the Best Ad Film of 2022.
In 2020, his Yulu Miracle Ad for the launch of Yulu Electric bikes won Best Ad Film at the Kolkata Shorts International Film Festival as well as at the Bangalore Short Film Festival.
